Mcuci Terms and Conditions — Complete Guide for Malaysian Players

1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and mcuci ("Platform", "we", or "the company"). This document governs your access to and use of the mcuci website, mobile application, and all services provided through our platform.

Mcuci operates as an online entertainment platform offering a range of game categories including Slots, Live Casino, and Fish Shooting Games to registered members. All services are fully subject to the Terms stated herein.

Continued use of the mcuci platform after any amendments to these Terms will be considered your acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms from time to time.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

3 Account Management & Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your mcuci account login credentials secure, including your username and password. mcuci recommends that you:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for an extra layer of security.
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Log out of your account after every session, especially on shared devices.
• Notify mcuci immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Mcuci shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access due to your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is mandatory for withdrawals. mcuci reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process, to ensure the security of all members and maintain compliance requirements.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

Mcuci supports a variety of deposit methods popular among users in Malaysia. All deposits are processed through encryption-protected payment systems and are not stored directly by the platform.

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Processing time: DuitNow and FPX are processed automatically in under 1 minute.
• Fees: mcuci does not charge processing fees for deposits. However, payment service providers may impose their own charges.
• Account holder name: All payment methods must be registered under the same name as your mcuci account.

Mcuci does not accept cash deposits or cheques in any form. All funds deposited into the platform must come from a legitimate source and must not be proceeds of any illegal activity.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Mcuci is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests within the stipulated timeframe. Below are the withdrawal conditions and procedures you need to know:

• Committing credit card fraud or money laundering through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to exploit games or bonus systems.
• Using another person's identity or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Threatening, insulting, or harassing staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack or disrupt the mcuci platform's technical infrastructure.

9 Account Suspension & Closure

Mcuci reserves the right to suspend or close any account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any Terms stated in this document.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Failure to submit requested KYC documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Request by relevant legal authorities.
• Players who dishonestly dispute legitimate transactions (chargebacks).

You may also close your account at any time by contacting the mcuci support team. Any valid account balance will be returned to you once the review is complete, provided there are no outstanding bonus winnings or unresolved disputes.

10 Platform Liability Limits

Mcuci shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or unforeseen events.
• Losses from games conducted fairly through an audited RNG process.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals due to third-party factors such as banks or e-wallet providers.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your password secure.
• Any losses arising from use of the service in violation of these Terms.

Mcuci's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the mcuci platform, including logos, designs, graphics, text, software code, user interfaces, and brand names, is the exclusive property of mcuci or its respective licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, republish, or use any content from the mcuci platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

12 Amendments to Terms

Mcuci reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of the mcuci platform after the effective date of any amendments will be considered your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, please contact support to close your account and withdraw any applicable balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where mcuci operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If negotiations fail to reach a resolution within 30 days, the dispute may be referred to independent arbitration or a mutually agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanism. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
